Pay with iDEAL

With iDEAL, you will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank during the payment process. You have the option to pay via iDEAL if you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers or Triodos Bank. With this payment method, the payment is directly debited from your account.

Pay with Credit Card

You can also pay us easily and securely using a credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Carte Bancaire. Your credit card information is encrypted via the SSL method. This high-security standard makes buying with a credit card at Curlygirlmovement very safe.

Pay with PayPal

At Curlygirlmovement, you can pay via PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website during checkout. If you're new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your username and confirm the payment. Upon confirmation, your PayPal account will be authorized. Your order will be processed immediately after this. Once you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be debited from your PayPal account.

Pay with Bancontact

Our Belgian Curlygirls can pay with Bancontact. As soon as you select Bancontact as the payment method, the app will open, after which you complete the transaction with your PIN code. With this payment method, your payment is directly debited from your account.

Pay with Klarna

You are also able to pay with Klarna. Together with Klarna we provide flexible payment options. Whether you want to pay now or later, the choice is yours.

Refunds

I have returned my order. When will I be refunded?
You have returned an item, and you are waiting for the refund. The processing of a return can take up to 14 days. When your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after processing. For the refund, we use the payment details that are known to us. You can expect the amount to be returned to your bank account or PayPal account within 5 business days. The refund of an amount paid by credit card can take longer. The amount will appear on your credit card statement within 14 days at the latest.
